    • 2 tbsp finely ground oats (colloidal oatmeal if available)
    • 2 tbsp plain, unsweetened yogurt
    • 1 tsp raw honey (optional for extra hydration)
    • 1 tsp almond oil or olive oil (optional for dry skin)
